I could see her in this form as being some kind of ancient being that you and your party must find deep within a forest, where she cares for all the animals and trees that live within it. Then save her realm from an ancient evil that has been awakened deep within the woods. Then after that you obtain some kind of awesome sword and continue on with your adventures...
